Volleyball principles and applications

Course Description: Introduction to the information, knowledge, skills, and methods and plans of play related to volleyball from a theoretical and practical perspective, and an introduction to the international volleyball laws with a comprehensive understanding, with the aim of bringing students to a good level.

Objectives of the course :

This course aims to familiarize the student with various issues related to the principles of volleyball and to attempt to find scientific solutions for them through an overview of the classification of basic skills, understanding the characteristics of volleyball, and explaining playing methods and tactics. The student will compare offensive and defensive skill types, review the historical development of volleyball, list the ready stances, and become acquainted with the rules of international volleyball.
