This course aims to familiarize students with various health and fitness issues and to seek scientific solutions by examining the classification of contemporary health problems, immune deficiency diseases, and contributing to the promotion of healthy habits. Students will learn about habits harmful to physical health and how to eliminate them, shedding light on the effects of performance-enhancing drugs and their harmful consequences. They will also learn to design a nutritional and physical program to treat obesity and thinness, and to understand the components of food and the importance of each. Additionally, the course will equip learners with a knowledge base on individual and community health and its measurement levels, contribute to providing a healthy environment by identifying the elements of a healthy environment, and foster positive attitudes towards the impact of physical activity on individual health. Students will also learn about the causes of diseases, modes of transmission, and disease prevention. Furthermore, they will become familiar with ideal posture, the health specifications for clothing and footwear, and how to build an ideal daily program.
