Course Description: The course covers the definition of motor growth and development throughout human life stages and scientific theories that address these stages, contributing to the development and improvement of athletic movement and the treatment of movement problems in athletes.

The student should have a thorough understanding of all information, rules, and principles related to motor growth and development, and be able to apply them in the field of sports research and training.
