Statistical applications and measures in the social sciences

Course Description: This course focuses on introducing essential, evolving, and advanced statistical concepts and applications in the field of social sciences and social work, with in-depth practical guidance on how to use statistical measures in analyzing social data. It also enables students to design appropriate and advanced social measurement tools, test their validity and reliability, and select suitable statistical methods and models for analyzing the results of field research. Additionally, it trains them to use statistical analysis software such as SPSS or Excel and interpret the outputs to serve the objectives of social research and social work.
