Course Description: A statement of the jurisprudential rulings derived from the hadiths related to the Book of Zakat, Fasting, Foods, and Sacrifices.
Credit hours: 3
Prerequisites: SONA136
Objectives of the course :

Discerning the rulings of Zakat and fasting. .
2. Developing the faculty of understanding texts and their implications for deriving jurisprudential rulings from hadiths.
3. Following the Sunnah of the Prophet, peace be upon him, and emulating him in performing acts of worship.
Fostering a love for obeying the Prophet, peace be upon him, and the principle of following his example in the student.

Course outputs :

Knowledge and understanding:
To explain the importance of the rulings on Zakat, fasting, Hajj, and Jihad, and their role in achieving social solidarity.
2. To explain the Islamic legal rulings on Zakat, fasting, pilgrimage, oaths, and vows.
3. To know the modern hadith terminology related to the rulings of Hajj, Jihad, and others.
