Empowering students to recognize the most important contemporary studies and their methodologies, both in accordance with and in opposition to the Sunnah, and equipping them with the ability to critically analyze and refute issues and doubts concerning hadith, according to methodological and scientific controls for contemporary studies of the Prophetic Sunnah, and studying the close relationship between the Prophetic Sunnah and the sciences of the age.
Knowledge and understanding:
To explain contemporary trends in the Prophetic Sunnah, both dissenting and compliant, in the study of the Prophetic Sunnah.
2- To describe the methodologies of compilers in contemporary studies of the Prophetic Sunnah.
3. To identify the methodological controls of contemporary studies on the Sunnah of the Prophet, based on induction and analysis.
4- To enumerate past and contemporary positions and attitudes, both dissenting and conforming, within the Prophetic Sunnah.
5. To analyze the close relationship between the Prophetic Sunnah and contemporary sciences, and the Sunnah's capacity and breadth to encompass all modern crises.
To write advanced research and scientific activities in contemporary studies on the Sunnah and its congruent and incongruent methodologies, and to critically evaluate it with sound scientific critique.
Skills:
1- Applies contemporary curriculum analysis skills in various hadith contexts, according to the methodological and scientific controls of contemporary studies in the Prophetic Sunnah.
2- Compares contemporary study approaches to the authentic Sunnah that align with and deviate from the correct methodology, with criticism and refutation of issues and doubts concerning the conception of the latter.
3. He excels at summarizing, formulating, and presenting issues, and then combining or responding to them, with a smooth flow in his research and studies.
4- Employs scientific research skills according to quality standards to prepare applied research in “Contemporary Studies in Hadith” using advanced technical methods.
5. Interpret hadith in relation to contemporary issues using the correct scientific methodology, proceeding with caution when it comes to definitive conclusions in areas of disagreement.

An introductory overview of the comprehensiveness of the Prophetic Sunnah and its coverage of all aspects of life.
Identify contemporary studies, both favorable and unfavorable.
Highlighting the efforts of earlier scholars in addressing certain contemporary studies, whether in independent books or in books of Hadith explanations.
Scientific and Methodological Controls for Contemporary Studies on the Prophetic Sunnah, including:
A - Reasoning by the constant and known, avoiding topics of extreme weakness, and highlighting the role of the specialist in Hadith in compensating for this aspect. .
B - Balance in understanding texts, avoiding exaggeration in deriving implications, and the necessity for the researcher to be knowledgeable in the rules of inference, Arabic language, and its literature. .
C - The researcher's need to read in the art they want to delve into, using the Sunnah, and understanding its terminology, before proceeding to collect texts on the subject. .
D. Emphasizing that any topic the researcher wishes to address must align with the general direction of the texts it contains. Therefore, texts must be meticulously followed and their semantic weight concerning the research issue must be highlighted. .
H – Highlighting the philosophical aspect of Islam in its view of individual issues and linking this to the fundamental idea from which contemporary Islamic studies launch for any topic.
A critical study of the most important contemporary trends in the Prophetic Sunnah, such as the methodology of the contemporary rationalist school and its ancient Mu'tazilite extensions. And a study of the methodology of some scholars of scientific inimitability in the Prophetic Sunnah.
