Course Topics:
The narrator is the source of the hadith. Its chain of transmission:
1. Jaber ibn Abdullah reported that Allah and His Messenger prohibited the sale of alcohol and carrion; this is agreed upon.

12. Ibn ‘Abbas reported that the Prophet arrived in Medina while they were engaging in forward contracts for fruit. (Agreed upon.).
13. Abu Hurairah (narrated that) the one who is indebted rides (the animal) at his own expense if it is mortgaged. (Reported by Al-Bukhari).
Chapter on Bankruptcy and Receivership:
14. Abu Hurairah narrated that whoever finds his property specifically with a man who has gone bankrupt has more right to it. Agreed upon by Bukhari and Muslim.
15. Ka'b ibn Malik reported that the Prophet (peace be upon him) seized the property of Mu'adh and sold it to pay off a debt that Mu'adh owed. Narrated by Malik and Abu Dawud.
The chapter on reconciliation:
16. Amr ibn Awf said: “A treaty is permissible among Muslims, except for a treaty that makes the forbidden permissible…” (Al-Tirmidhi and Abu Dawud).

17. Abu Hurayrah said: “Obligatory charity is a form of oppression. If any of you is asked to give a full measure, let him do so.” (Agreed upon.).

7. Ibn Abbas reported that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Give the prescribed shares to those entitled to them. Then, what remains belongs to the nearest male relative." (Agreed upon).
Chapter of Advices:
8. Ibn Umar said: It is not permissible for a Muslim who has something to bequeath to spend two nights without making a will concerning it. Agreed upon.
Book of Marriage:
Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "O young men, whoever among you can afford to marry, should marry,..." (Agreed upon).
Abu Hurairah narrated that a woman is married for four reasons: for her wealth, her lineage, her beauty... Agreed upon.
Jabir said, "If one of you proposes to a woman, and he is able to look at her, then he should look at her." Ahmad and Abu Dawud.
4. Sahl bin Sa'd reported that a woman came to the Messenger of Allah (the story of the giver) - agreed upon.
5. Abu Musa: No marriage without a guardian. Ahmad and the four [imams].
6. Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "A woman should not be married without her consent." (Agreed upon).
7. Ibn Mas'ud narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) cursed the one who performs the temporary marriage (muhallil) and the one for whom it is performed. (Ahmad and An-Nasa'i).
