Course Description: The course covers topics including knowledge of financial transactions and their rulings, and the jurisprudence of sales within the Book of Sales. This includes (usurious transactions, prohibited sales, guarantees, assignments, partnerships, bail, premature sale of fruit, and licenses...).
Credit hours: 3
Objectives of the course :

Thorough knowledge of the rulings on sales contracts, the jurists' different opinions, and the preferred rulings among them.

Course outputs :

Knowledge and understanding:
1- To explain the rulings on transactions and the types of prohibited sales.
2. To clarify the terms of sale and the rights of the seller and buyer.
3. To understand sales, warranties, assignments, and partnerships.
Skills:
To differentiate between prohibited and permissible sales.
2. Applying analogy to contemporary financial transactions.
3. To deduce the Prophet's (peace be upon him) guidance on rulings related to sales from the Prophetic Sunnah.

To take responsibility in individual and group work.
