Course Description: The student will be introduced to the science of Hadith terminology, the classifications of Hadith based on various considerations, the levels of criticism and commendation, and the most important books written in the different branches of Hadith.

Objectives of the course :

1- Identifying the most important principles of hadith terminology.
2. Identify hadith terminology. .
3. Identifying the types of Hadith based on different considerations.
4- Comparing the division of Hadith based on different considerations. .
5- Distinguishing between the ranks of Jarh (criticism) and Ta'deel (validation).
6- Differentiating between types of Hadith
7- Identification of the Different Types of Hadith and the Most Important Books Authored on the Subject.
8. Identifying abrogating and abrogated hadith and the most important books written on the subject. .
