Course Description: This course covers the concept and definition of sports management as a profession, the foundations and skills of a successful sports administrator, the professional competencies required for those working in the field of sports management, areas of work in sports management, the code of ethics for the sports management profession in the sports field, the problems facing the sports management profession in society, the role of the sports management profession in community service, and how to utilize the results of scientific studies to develop the sports management profession.
