Course Description: This course covers the study of the fundamental concepts of sports team and activity management. It includes planning, goal setting, analyzing and determining technical levels, as well as defining sports season periods and training methods used, along with policies, procedures, budgets, and schedules. It also covers organizing and organizational structure, coordination among individuals and their responsibilities, and clarifying relationships between individuals. Additionally, it includes monitoring, determining control methods and standards within the team, how to measure them, diagnosing problems, the extent of plan implementation, and budget suitability.

Objectives of the course :

This course aims to, after completing the study of this course, the student will be able to:
Familiarity with the general theoretical and applied knowledge, principles, and foundations of the contents of sports team and activity management elements, including planning, organizing, coordinating, directing, and controlling.
