Course Description: The course addresses the nature of legislation and laws, legislative intent and hierarchy, the basic system of sports federations and the Saudi Olympic Committee, the International Court of Arbitration for Sport and sports dispute resolution, and the Saudi Arbitration Center.

Objectives of the course :

Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to:
Explains the legislative structure and hierarchy of national and international sports legislation.
2- It explains the sources of legislation in Saudi Arabia.
3. The statutes of sports federations, the Saudi Olympic Committee, and governance in sports clubs are reviewed.
4. Reviews the nature of sports arbitration, the Court of Arbitration for Sport, and the Saudi Sports Arbitration Center.
