The Psychology of Sports Driving

Course Description: This course introduces the concept, essence, and definition of sports leadership, its styles, and types of leadership influence, sports leadership theories, sports leadership effectiveness, self-concept and the sports leader, decision-making and the sports leader, communication skills and the sports leader, and developing effective communication skills for the sports leader.

Objectives of the course :

This course aims to enable students to: define the concept, essence, and methods of sports leadership and how to employ it in developing their abilities and effectively managing areas of physical education and sports, working towards achieving their goals and their role in advancing the sports movement. Students will understand the nature of self-concept and the sports leader, decision-making and the sports leader, communication skills and the sports leader, and developing effective communication skills for the sports leader.
