Clinical Practice (1)

Course Description: In this clinical practice course, the student begins their fieldwork experience in hospital radiology departments, applying knowledge gained in previous courses to general radiography duties, including portable and emergency room examinations, under supervision. Objectives of the course :

• Performs general radiological procedures on real patients safely and efficiently.
Applies correct exposure factors, positioning, and radiation protection measures in the clinical environment.
Develops patient care and communication skills with a range of patients.

• Familiarization with proper X-ray equipment operation practices.
Accurately determine exposure factors and film size for correct projection.
