Course Description: A study of the most important principles and rulings of Tajweed, the etiquette of recitation, the rulings of the silent noon and tanween, the silent meem, and the rules of mutamathilayn, mutaqaribayn, mutajanisayn, and mutaba'idayn. Application of these rules in the recitation of Surahs Al-Baqarah and Aal-Imran, and memorization of the thirtieth part of the Holy Quran.

Objectives of the course :

The student will know the principles of Tajweed science and its theoretical rulings.
The student memorizes the thirtieth part of the Holy Quran.
– That the student masters the recitation of Surahs Al-Baqarah and Aal Imran.
– For the student to practice applying and receiving the rulings of Tajweed.
The student should be keen on preserving the Book of Allah from melodic errors and mistakes.
The student should demonstrate good manners while reciting.

Knowledge and understanding:
1- The student recites the thirtieth part. .
2- The student explains the rules of *noon saakinah*, *tanween*, and *meem saakinah*.
3- The student knows similar, close, homogeneous, and distant examples.
Skills:
1. The student shall apply the rules of the silent noon, tanween, and the silent meem in their recitation of Surahs Al-Baqarah and Al-Imran, and shall recite the thirtieth part.
2. The student will be able to deduce the difference between Izhar, Idgham, and Ikhfa' Shaffawi through examples. .
3. The student shall recite Surah Al-Baqarah and Surah Aal-Imran with proper recitation.
Values, autonomy and responsibility:
The student must adhere to Islamic manners and interpersonal skills while studying the course.
The student must exhibit the etiquette of recitation when reciting the designated surahs.

First: Study the prescribed theoretical tajweed rules:
– Principles of Tajweed.
– Rulings on Noon Sakinah and Tanween.
– Rulings of the silent meem.
– Similar, closely related, similar, and distant (concepts), and their rulings.
Second: Etiquette of Recitation. .
Third: Memorization, which includes: memorizing the entirety of Juz' 'Amma (the thirtieth part).
Fourth: Recitation, which includes: Reciting Surahs Al-Baqarah and Aal-Imran, according to the rules of Tajweed, with impeccable recitation.
