Course Description: This course covers: understanding the foundations of management. Familiarity with the development of management thought and management schools of thought. Familiarity with the functions of the management process and their importance in the government work environment. Developing analytical and creative thinking skills to apply effective management methods in decision-making. Fostering creativity by observing management models in daily life. Developing a leadership personality capable of making decisions and facing crises and emergencies.
