Advanced Readings in English Language Learning

Course Description: In light of the tremendous developments, the knowledge explosion, the emergence of new methodologies, and advanced and rapid scientific dissemination methods, leading to the production of knowledge in massive quantities and qualities, all in the Western language, especially English, the language of science and knowledge globally, and all of this in order to keep pace. It has become imperative for a PhD student who will become a university faculty member or a scientific researcher in a research institution to master, at least relatively, how to access reputable and up-to-date information sources in the field of psychology.

The course aims to equip the learner with knowledge, skills, and practical aspects specific to this course.
Mastering access to and keeping up with information resources in English is very beneficial, and therefore, acquiring reading, writing, and translation skills, even at a minimal level, is highly useful.
