Course Description: This course addresses the concept of personality and its basic dimensions, the relationship between personality theory and its measurement, the foundations for classifying tests, and different methods for measuring personality. It also covers the theoretical and methodological foundations of tests and scales, the characteristics of a good scale, the objectives and uses of tests and scales, and the types of scores derived from them. Furthermore, it explores strategies for constructing personality questionnaires. Finally, it includes practical training in administering certain personality tests and scales, scoring them, and preparing psychological profiles. It also provides training in developing new questionnaires, including linguistic formulation and the rules for creating new questionnaires.
