This course aims to provide students with the essential knowledge and concepts in the field of industrial-organizational psychology and its theories, to understand the relationship between an individual's psychological characteristics and job requirements, and to develop their ability to apply industrial-organizational psychology concepts to achieve vocational adjustment and compatibility, and improve performance and well-being in the work environment.
