Career guidance and counseling

Course Description: This course aims to enhance the psychologist's awareness of the concepts, objectives, and domains of career guidance and counseling, as well as the psychological and social foundations upon which the career counseling process is based. It also aims to enable students to identify career guidance and choice theories, with a focus on skills for analyzing individual aptitudes and abilities and linking them to available job market opportunities. The course also includes training students on using appropriate professional tools and assessments to help individuals make informed career decisions, in addition to developing their awareness of their role in supporting career guidance. Through this course, students will gain the ability to practice their future role as career counselors or as personnel capable of providing support and guidance to students in accordance with their abilities and inclinations.
