Course Description: This course provides an introduction to the design, planning, and control of systems responsible for producing goods and delivering services. It covers the necessary processes for transforming organizational inputs into outputs that are suitable for the customer. The course focuses on presenting the most important models and methods used for making optimal decisions related to the planning, control, and development of these goods and services systems.

Prerequisites: BUS 111
Objectives of the course :

Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to:
• Defines key concepts related to the management of goods and services.
• Explains the basic concepts related to the management of commodity and service operations.
Applies basic concepts related to commodity and service operations management in solving some real-world problems.
