Objectives of the course :

To equip students with experimental skills to measure physical quantities in the nuclear field and in the field of nuclear radiation interactions with materials, and to verify theories and phenomena.

Course outputs :

At the end of the course, the student should be able to do the following:
Acquiring the skill of handling different types of radiation measuring and monitoring devices.
2- Identification of different types of radiation and methods of protection from them
Acquiring the skill of calculating the radioactivity of different sources, as well as handling and analyzing the spectrum emitted by different radiation sources.
