Introducing students to the magnetic properties of solid materials, the phenomenon of superconductivity, and explaining the importance of optical and dielectric properties of solids.
At the end of the course, the student should be able to:
1- Understanding what plasma is and how to achieve the plasma state.
2- Identify the statistical mechanisms governing plasma movement
3- Understanding how electrical energy is generated through thermionic emission reactions and the Tokamak principle.
4- Identifying the various applications of plasma in industry and other fields
The student will be able to distinguish between different solid materials and classify them scientifically as conductors, semiconductors, and insulators according to modern scientific theories.
2- Knowing their uses in public life based on their electrical, insulating, and magnetic properties, and the fields for which they are better suited than other materials.
