وصف المقرر : ستتناول هذا المقرر تأثيرات الخصائص الفيزيائية والكيميائية للدواء، وعوامل التركيب، والشكل الدوائي، وطريقة تناول الدواء، والعوامل الفيزيولوجية على معدل ومدى امتصاص الدواء في الجسم. كما ستناقش طرق المخبرية المستخدمة وتطبيق المعادلات المختلفة لدراسة الذوبان من الأشكال الصيدلانية المختلفة . وسيتم تغطية مفهوم طرح الدواء من الجسم والعلاقات الرياضية التي تصف ارتباط الدواء بالبروتينات الدم، والطرق المستخدمة لدراسة وحساب معايير الارتباط.

Objectives of the course :

1- يطور منهجية تفكير منظومي لفهم كيف تحدد الخصائص الفيزيائية والكيميائية للدواء وتركيبته ووظائف الجسم البشري مجتمعةً امتصاصه وتوافره العلاجي باستخدام أساليب مثل النماذج الرياضية والارتباطات بين التجارب المخبرية والتجارب السريرية والارتباطات بين التجارب السريرية والتجارب على الحيوانات.

2- يبني الكفاءة في منهجية تطوير المستحضرات الصيدلانية الحيوية، بما في ذلك تصميم وتفسير الدراسات التي تحدد أداء المنتج وتثبت التكافؤ العلاجي.

-يتعرف على مبادئ التوافر الحيوي والتكافؤ الحيوي وأهميتها التنظيمية، وآليات نقل الدواء وحركية إطلاقه من مختلف أشكال الجرعات.
-يصف تأثير التركيبة والعوامل الفيزيولوجية على التوافر الحيوي للدواء وتكافؤه الحيوي.
مهارات:
يصنّف الأدوية وفقًا لنظام تصنيف المستحضرات الصيدلانية الحيوية.
-يطبق المعادلات الرياضية لحركية ارتباط البروتين وانحلاله.
-يقارن بين أشكال الجرعات المختلفة واشرح كيف تؤثر إضافات التركيبة على امتصاص الدواء وتوافره الحيوي.
