General Pharmacology

Course Description: This course covers the fundamental principles of pharmacology, including pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, drug action mechanisms, factors affecting drug response, adverse effects, drug interactions, and principles of safe and rational drug use. It also reviews major drug classes used in treating common diseases, with a focus on clinical applications relevant to health sciences and optometry.
