Course Description: This course provides students with an understanding of the importance of nutrition across the life cycle, from preschool to old age. It examines age-specific growth and development, nutritional needs, common nutritional concerns, and evidence-based dietary guidelines. Students will also explore strategies for identifying and addressing nutritional issues at different life stages.
