Course Description: Organization and Management for Nurse Managers is an elective nursing course for nursing students that focuses on providing students with the application of fundamental management principles in the role of nurse managers. It also covers how nurse managers supervise the quality of nursing care among qualified and registered nurses, often centered within a single hospital or a specific hospital department. Nurse managers and officials begin their careers as registered nurses, and through their experiences and the development of necessary leadership skills, they become distinguished managers. The course prepares them in the art of effective leadership, communication skills, and interaction with hospital nurse managers and healthcare professionals in various specializations within the healthcare system. It addresses the challenges facing the continuous development of healthcare and enables them to work within the healthcare system.
