Course Description: This course covers fundamental and advanced concepts in computer networking, focusing on architecture, operation, and management. It emphasizes the hardware and software components of networks, reference models such as the OSI model, and communication protocols. The course also covers network troubleshooting techniques, network security concepts, and a review of current trends and future developments in network management.

Objectives of the course :

This course aims to enable the student to understand the fundamentals of computer networks and their management, acquire the necessary skills to analyze their components and operate them, diagnose and troubleshoot their faults using appropriate tools, in addition to developing their ability to deal with network security issues and comprehend modern trends in this field, supporting their applications in the business environment.
