This course aims to enable the student to understand the fundamentals of computer networks and their management, acquire the necessary skills to analyze their components and operate them, diagnose and troubleshoot their faults using appropriate tools, in addition to developing their ability to deal with network security issues and comprehend modern trends in this field, supporting their applications in the business environment.

2- Explains computer network architecture, the layers of the reference model, the functions of each layer, and its basic protocols.
3- Apply how to diagnose network failures, identify their causes, and use appropriate tools to address them.
