Case study and interpretation of results

Course Description: The course aims to utilize the knowledge and skills acquired in various medical laboratory disciplines to analyze clinical cases, interpret laboratory results, and link them to pathophysiology and epidemiological factors to reach an appropriate diagnosis and make evidence-based decisions.

Prerequisites: MDL 434
Objectives of the course :

Developing analytical and critical thinking skills in interpreting clinical cases.
2. Enhance the ability to correlate laboratory findings with clinical manifestations.
3. Developing skills in scientific presentation, discussion, and decision-making.

• Analyzes clinical cases using available laboratory data.
Interprets laboratory test results in light of the patient's condition.
• Connects laboratory indicators with the pathophysiology of diseases.
• Presents scientific cases and justifies diagnostic conclusions and recommendations.
