Course Description: The course presents the fundamental concepts related to differential and integral calculus for single-variable functions. Course topics include relations and functions and their graphical representation, limits, continuity, rate of change, differentiation rules, maxima and minima and their applications, optimization problems, definite and indefinite integrals, area under a curve and between two curves, applications in economics and management, functions of two variables, and partial derivatives. It also addresses the use of computers to solve some mathematical and economic problems.
