Course Description: A practical approach to fundamental management, planning strategies and methods, project planning and scheduling, Gantt charts, critical path methods, Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT), resource leveling and allocation, time-cost trade-offs. Construction and organization methods, leadership and decision-making elements, time and cost control, computer applications.
Credit hours: 3
Objectives of the course :

1. Understanding the general meanings of the five project management phases.

2. Applying project management processes in different phases.

3. Developing a master schedule, a cost management plan, a resource management plan, a risk management plan, a quality management plan, and the ability to track, monitor, and resolve project management issues.

4. Use of project management software.

5. Develop ideas and share them with others.
