Systems Research Project

Course Description: The course covers scientific research methods in law, the steps and stages of preparing scientific theses, research tools and sources, and how to prepare a research plan, with practical application to an agreed-upon topic.
Credit hours: 4
Objectives of the course :

The course aims to enable students to identify legal research methodologies, understand their nature and origins, select appropriate research topics in the field of systems, and develop their discussion and dialogue skills.

Knowledge and understanding:
The student understands the concept of scientific research and its importance in the legal field.

3. The student shall explain the rules of academic citation and the methodology of writing legal research.
