The objective of this course is to introduce the student to litigation procedures in courts, with a focus on advocacy skills, the stages of a lawsuit until a judgment is issued, evidence procedures, as well as methods of appealing a judgment, in accordance with the relevant regulations issued in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. A comparative approach will be used for prevailing practices in positive legislation, within the time allocated for the course.

3. To describe the fundamental principles and theories of systems.

1. Analyze the legal summons.
2. To apply the procedural rules for litigation.
3- Draft admissible claims and related matters.
