Course Description: The course addresses the fundamentals of legal drafting, the characteristics of a legal rule and the stages of preparing regulations in the Kingdom, in addition to the enforcement of legal rules, and the substantive and formal controls of drafting, and its most prominent defects.

Objectives of the course :

The course aims to develop students' skills in drafting, interpreting, and analyzing legal texts, enabling them to distinguish between sound and flawed texts, and to identify deficiencies therein.
