This course aims to equip the student with knowledge of the legal rules governing international trade contracts and their regulating agreements, and to develop their ability to understand the elements of their drafting, interpretation, and application, in light of Saudi regulations and international agreements, and by utilizing a comparative approach, within the prescribed timeframe.
