Course description: The course addresses e-commerce in terms of its nature and methods, and the provisions of electronic contracting in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and comparative systems.

Objectives of the course :

The aim of this course is to equip the student with knowledge of the concepts and patterns of e-commerce and its nature, as well as the legal and regulatory challenges associated with it, particularly concerning the conclusion of electronic contracts, means of proof, and payment, in accordance with Saudi and comparative regulations.
