The objective of this course is to provide the student with knowledge of the general principles of maritime and air law, the provisions of navigation, exploitation, and transport, related casualties and accidents, and relevant insurance contracts.
Knowledge and understanding:
1- To know the basic concepts of maritime and air law, and maritime and air navigation.
2. To know the rules governing the ship and maritime personnel.

1- To explain the legal rules governing the aircraft and its flight crew
