Course Description: This course covers methods of proof, substantive and procedural rules, and enforcement rules.

Objectives of the course :

The aim of this course is to introduce the student to and familiarize them with the methods of proof and its substantive and procedural rules, as well as their familiarity with the rules of execution and its procedures, scope, competent authority, and disputes, in accordance with the regulations issued in this regard in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Knowledge and understanding:
The student will know the basic concepts and terminology in proof.
2_ The student should clarify the substantive and procedural rules of evidence.
3. The student should demonstrate the general principles governing the execution of judgments and the methods of execution.
4. The student explains how to conduct compulsory enforcement procedures.
