Civil and Commercial Litigation in the Comparative Saudi System

Course Description: This course covers the procedural provisions governing civil and commercial lawsuits, from their filing in court to the issuance of a judgment.
Credit hours: 3
Objectives of the course :

The aim of this course is to provide the student with knowledge of the procedures for filing lawsuits in civil and commercial cases, and the stages of their progress until a judgment is issued and appeal remedies are exhausted, in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and within the prescribed time limits.

The student knows the theories and concepts in the pleading system.
