Administrative Contracts "In-depth"

Course Description: The course explains the characteristics of administrative contracts, how they are concluded, and the obligations of the parties to the contract. It covers the most important administrative contracts and their applications in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the administration's privileges regarding unilateral modification of the contract, and an explanation of financial penalties and their impact on contract execution.

Objectives of the course :

The course aims to: introduce the student to and familiarize them with the concept of administrative contracts, their characteristics, execution, and termination. The study will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Islamic Sharia, and the regulations and bylaws issued in this regard in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, using a comparative approach to how other systems operate, within the allocated timeframe.
