The aim of this course is to provide the student with comprehensive knowledge of judicial oversight over administrative actions, through the study of the principle of legality, the organization of administrative judiciary, the action for annulment, and the action for damages, in accordance with the systems in effect in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and comparative systems.
Knowledge and understanding:
1 - To know judicial principles in general and the principle of legality. .
2- Explain the types of administrative oversight.
3. To define the responsibility of the state for the actions of the administration.
Skills:
To explain the procedures for filing lawsuits before the Board of Grievances.
Judicial review compared to comparative systems.
3. Analyze and comment on administrative rulings issued by the Board of Grievances. .
