The aim of studying this course is to introduce students to the general rules of contemporary legal systems, highlighting their similarities and differences, and the impact of these on the legal provisions adopted by these systems, on efforts to unify their provisions, and the stance of Arab legal systems towards them. The study of this course will be conducted using a comparative approach between different legal trends and systems at both the regional and international levels.
