Practical legal training

Course Description: The practicum course deals with the organization of entities where the student trains, how and to what extent the system is applied to their work, and the practical application of some of their duties. Training is carried out by assigning students to various regulatory work sites that implement different branches of law, such as general and administrative courts, the Public Prosecution and Investigation Authority, known offices, police, forensic laboratories, forensic medicine, prisons, and legal affairs departments in both the public and private sectors.

Prerequisites: LAW 483
Objectives of the course :

The course aims to:
– Providing the student with practical experience that benefits them at the beginning of their professional career, in order to integrate graduates of systems departments and colleges into practical life.
– Installing a lot of the systemic information that the student obtained in their studies within the department and how to practically apply it in the entities that implement it.
Developing the ability to identify shortcomings, if any, in the work of the training institutions and the possibility of discussing them with the academic supervisor, the field supervisor, and colleagues.
– Inform the student about workplaces that implement systems and about the locations where they can or wish to work – after graduation – so that they can meet the requirements for working there.
- Enable the student to also become aware of some topics whose legal regulations are unknown to them.
– To provide him with practical experience that facilitates a better position for him in personal interviews by joining regular jobs.
