This course aims to integrate department graduates into practical life and judicial and legal professions by developing the student's ability to use and practically apply their (legal) knowledge, and by developing their skills in drafting memos, practicing oral and written arguments, contracts, and settlements in order to prepare them for various professions. It also aims to develop students' ability to learn and perform legal services according to labor market requirements, and to enable them to build self-confidence and problem-solving skills, and qualify them to receive professional legal training. This will be achieved by exposing them to real or hypothetical cases – under the supervision of specialized professors – and attempting to find legal solutions for them. This will be done according to the training system approved by the College Council based on the proposal of the Department Council. The course also aims to introduce the student to the ethics that should govern legal work.
Knowledge and understanding:
1- To know the ethics that should govern legal work.
To define the concept of legal adaptation and judicial reasoning.
3. To know the foundations of commenting on judicial rulings.
Skills:
1- To distinguish between oral and written consultation.
2. To prepare commentary on legal texts in accordance with legal rules.
3. To apply legal skills to various aspects of legal practice.

To adhere to Islamic values and professional ethics, and to participate in finding constructive solutions to social issues.

What is legal training, its importance, the scientific controls of legal training, and the methodology for answering legal training.
Judicial decision commentary skills.
Principles and Skills of Systematic Legal Text Analysis.
Training on the skill of commenting on legal texts + Midterm exam.
Court pleading writing skills.
Legal memorandum writing skills.
Practical exercises on drafting a statement of claim.
Training on the skill of providing legal consultation.
Training on how to present a legal case through mini-teams within the classroom.
