Course Description: The course covers judicial systems in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including: • Civil Procedure Law • Judiciary • Arbitration • Evidence.

Objectives of the course :

• Introduction to the concept of the judicial system, its reference points, and its principles.
• Statement of court types and rules of jurisdiction and competence.
Identify types of lawsuits.
• Statement on how the judge and his assistants are chosen.
• Clarification of the provisions of litigation in absentia.
• Recognizing the procedures and etiquette of case review.
• Statement of malicious lawsuits and their rulings.
• Clarification of the consequences of the proceedings (striking off- suspension- interruption)
