The aim of this course is:
Introducing students to the legal rules governing international trade contracts and the international agreements regulating them. Identifying the essential elements for drafting, interpreting, and applying international trade contracts, in accordance with the regulations issued in this regard in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and applicable international agreements, and in comparison with practices in other legal systems, within the allocated timeframe.

1- To know the legal rules governing international trade contracts and the international agreements that regulate them.
To explain the basis of liability arising from breaches of international trade contract clauses.
