Course Description: The course covers the origin and development of e-commerce and its contracts, methods of proof for electronic payments, and the challenges it faces in accordance with the regulations in effect in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. .

Objectives of the course :

The aims of this course are to: introduce the student to the concepts and patterns of e-commerce and its international nature, the challenges it faces, and the legal and regulatory aspects related to its methods and the practical and technical ways of concluding electronic contracts. It also aims to introduce the student to electronic evidence and payment methods. This will be done in accordance with the regulations issued in this regard in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant international agreements, using a comparative approach to the practices in other regulations, within the time frame allocated.
