Course Description: This course covers the rules for enforcing judicial judgments and develops skills in resolving cases and dealing with practical real-world problems.
Credits: 2
Prerequisites: LAW 251
Objectives of the course :

The objective of this course is to familiarize the student with the general rules of execution, its procedures, scope, the competent authority for execution procedures, execution disputes, and execution seizures that are subject to special rules (such as administrative seizure). This is because a complementary aspect of a judicial ruling, which has become final and includes the delivery of a right to the beneficiary, is that the right holder has the authority to compel the opposing party to execute what has been ruled against them or what they have committed to. The same applies to executory instruments.
