Course Description: The course covers civil service bodies, methods of appointment for public officials, in addition to clarifying job rights and duties.

Objectives of the course :

Introducing the student to the Civil Service System in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its general provisions, in terms of the formation and description of public positions, training for them, and their occupation. It also introduces the student to the legal status of public employees, their rights and obligations during and after their service, and provides a study based on the regulations issued in this regard in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This will be done using a comparative approach, examining practices in other systems, within the allocated time frame.
