Course Description: The course covers administrative contracts, defining the criteria for administrative contracts, the elements of an administrative contract, types of administrative contracts, and deriving the provisions for public bidding, limited bidding, direct insurance, the effects of administrative contracts, the powers of the administration, and the contractor's rights.

Prerequisites: LAW 232

Objectives of the course :

Introduction to the concept of administrative contracts, its characteristics, methods of conclusion, and types of administrative contracts. Also, defining the validity and execution of contracts, stating their legal effects, and methods of their termination, whether normally or exceptionally.

2. To describe the methods of concluding administrative contracts.
3. Understand the validity and execution of the contract.
Skills:
1- Compare administrative contract types.
2. Apply the cases of termination of the administrative contract to the disputes submitted.
3. To analyze the reasons for the termination of administrative contracts.
